"Tire repair and wiper blades " Chris and Ron were both very helpful. Ron when to parts department , got blades and replaced windshield wiper blades himself and showed me how to do it .
"Luxury imports of BG service rating" Chris Paynter is excellent to work with. He and Ron both do excellent work, give straightforward advice, and leave you feeling confident that they are doing the best they can to get you in and out without any issues.
"Worked me in without an appointment!" Really helped me out by replacing the door handle on my daughter's ML350. She was leaving town the next day and my wife "informed me" that she wasn't leaving until I got the door fixed. Chris and team took care of it and gave me a good place to sit and work while I waited.
"Customer Service " My experience was very positive, it did take longer than expected. That happens and is expected. Person that performed the work on my car was very nice, as was the service manager.

"B 1 Service" Always a good experience Chris does a good job of getting me in and out as quickly as possible and if more time is required a loaner is available
"Exceptional Dealership" We had actually called the day before to make sure the vehicle was still there. They were so sure that we would like it that if we didn't they would pay for our gas to go back home 2 hours away. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had.
