RecommendedI’ve worked with bmw for quite sometime now. Love the vehicle’s and customer svc. Took a break to try mercedes for a year. Car was okay but didn’t find customer svc that great. So this year I went back to bmw. Worked with Antonio one of the svc advisors and he exemplified great cust svc and had me in and out and followed up. Glad to be back where it seems like bmw cares during these difficult times. It was busy, but advisor handled my issue and others I assume with great patience. Thanks BMW!!!glad to be back!!

RecommendedExcellent service and helpful advice. The delivery of the vehicle was very slow and I eas greeted by “there is a balance on your account” then it took the better part of an hour and then the car was not ready. The tires required air and the tpm needed resetting. A previous visit 6 months before where the car went in for an oil leak and the gaskets were replaced, and I left. Then about 10 miles out of the city I get a notice that the car needed 2 quarts of oil. Don’t you think it should have been topped off. Minor details but... read more

RecommendedMy car had been had been in my local BMW dealership for the same issue three separate times last year. The first time the couldn’t “replicate” the issue. The second time they told me it was a computer issue. The third time I can’t even remember what they blamed it on. It still was not fixed and my car would intermittently decide not fire all 8 cylinders. I was between Houston and San Antonio on I10 when it happened again.
