I was skeptical at first because of reading about engine issues with previous models, but I honestly haven't had one significant issue yet. The customer service has also improved dramatically from the beginning. Keep up the great work!

RecommendedIt was very simple to bring the car in for services. My car notified BMW a service was due and they called to set up a date. I brought the car in and the service was complete and car was washed within 2 hours. I even received a video from the technician telling me about my car and the service conducted. Well done!
