RecommendedBrought my BMW there to get the last service done and have the electronics fix. Sad that this car created an accident that I am going to be charged with. Service fixed the electronic issues and am happy that it is functioning properly now. If my vehicle and the one prior are any example of how autonomous vehicles will function, it is going to create lots of accidents. With Kindest Regards, Donald Willey.

RecommendedI had the best customer experience! I picked my car up from the dealership today and they completely went the extra mile. I came prepared with lysol wipes and spray to clean everything before driving off (yes, I am THAT person) but they were one step ahead of me. When my service representative pulled the car up, he went to a cleaning station, sanitized his hands, then walked back to my car in order to dsinfected the entire driver side, from the dashboard to the floor.
