I was looking to order a 2017 540i XDrive. I dealt with Jason Madruga. He provided excellent service and was very responsive to all my questions.
We were shopping for a used car and had some very specific requirements. We visited 9 dealerships till we found the perfect looking car online it was far away but looked perfect. I called Frank Lopez in hopes of finding a new or used BMW x3 after telling me what inventory the dealership had in Stock he invited me down to take a test drive with my fiancee. We both picked out the perfect black on black x3. It had CPO (Certified Preowned) and looked brand new. We have now owned the car for 2 weeks and are in love with it! I purchased my BMW X5 50i here 6 years ago and Anthony has been my service representative for the entire 6 years. He has always been courteous, responsive and helpful. He has offered candid advise when asked and has been very pleasant to do business with. My previous car was an Audi Q7, there is a difference in the quality and class of service here at BMW. I am now looking at replacing my 2011 X5 with a new BMW. Part of the reason I am purchasing another BMW is due to the great service I have experienced and BMW Peabody.
