"Freehold BMW" The day my car was delivered my sales person Nick, actually came in on his day off because he wanted to make sure I was happy with my new X5. I have never received that type of quality service at any dealership, anywhere, in all of my car buying experiences. Every detail was seen to, every question answered and I couldn’t be happier.

"good experience" I dealt with a different salesman than I have previously dealt with. He was very concerned and paid so much attention to my needs. When my car came in he spent a significant amount of time with my wife and I. I had some further questions after taking possession and he was always there for me. It was a pleasure dealing with him and everyone else we came in connect with. I have been dealing with this dealership for many years and have had nothing but good experiences.

"Eric has been fantastic from the beginning to the end of..." Eric has been fantastic from the beginning to the end of the process. He got us an amazing deal on two cars we were getting. He went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and fast as possible. He texted us ahead of the pickup time to ensure we brought everything for the closing, had a finance appointment scheduled, checked prepped the car for us and even hoped us move our stuff from the old car to the new. He truly knows how to make a customer happy!
