"Excellent experience all around." All of the employees that I met or dealt with at the dealership were very courteous, professional, and helpful. I dealt most especially with Wael "Michael" Youssef in walking through the purchase transaction and he in particular couldn't have been more responsive and helpful throughout the entire transaction. "Great experience" Just traded in a 2015 X4 for a 2019 X5. Very happy with the service. Mike did more than expected for me, and got me the price I wanted for the car. I'd rate the experience higher, but I believe there was room for improvement. Parts of my experience were significantly delayed; parts were rushed, and led to a few issues post-purchase.
