"First time BMW " I was in the market for a vehicle and after researching options Freehold was my starting point. Having never owned a BMW I was not familiar with the models or options personally. Originally I had 3 dealers and 10 options to review. The reason I made my purchase today was my salesman Mark Vicens. Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and was able to take me step by step through the process. The rest of the staff was friendly and inviting as well. Simply a great experience and Mark was stellar.
