"professional, knowledgeable , friendly..." I leased second car from this office. I have been working with Steve Semo, he is very professional, knowledgeable , friendly, and overall service is Great. He explained all new features and explained all fees/charges very clearly. He also helped me to deal with BMW Financial for the billing issue. BMW Financial cash out the check but did not apply the payment to my account (Horrible experience!)! He called BMW Financial many times until issue was addressed. "She made my lease process super easy!" I leased second car from this office. I have been working with Maria for my second car, she is very professional, knowledgeable , friendly, and overall service is Great. She explained all new features and explained all fees/charges with break down details very clearly. She made my lease process super easy and I don't event have to go to their office to finalize the deal! I highly recommend her if you buy or lease a new car.

"Honest, transparent & pain free (unlike most dealerships)" As soon as my wife & I walked in we were greeted and attended to by Nick Scirapa- the ONLY salesman I will recommend & use. I’ve been to & bought numerous BMWs from other dealerships and he was hands down the most knowledgeable, comfortable and helpful salesman. I went in knowing what I wanted and Nick handled it as such- never pressuring anything, just no nonsense- which I appreciate. Nick went above and beyond throughout the entire experience.
