"Nice guy." Down to earth. Wasn't overly pushy on the add ons. Relatable. Ruslan just provided a pleasant experience. Now just trying to achieve the minimum length review. There. Done.

"No Hassle, great to work with!" I have worked with Maria on all 4 of my vehicles. She is quick to respond and we usually can get a deal done via email in a day or two. She is courteous and definitely my go to person if I have any issues. If she can't help me she will connect me with the right individual. I have been doing business with BMW of freehold for the past 17 years and they are truly professional!

"No hassle, No surprises " Walked in with a specific car in mind and was greeted by Mike Youssef. Mike quickly brought the car around, explained the features and suggested to take it out for a ride. I was sold and explained to him what I was willing to spend and if they can work it out, great but I was not going back and forth with negotiations. Mike was very professional and courteous and worked with his management and we quickly agreed to terms. The Finance team was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

"Perfect Experience" I was a little hesitant at first while looking to finance a used BMW as in the past I have always leased cars and not from BMW. I was a Lexus customer for many years but after dealing with Mike Youssef, he immediately put any concerns I had to rest. The experience was painless from start to finish and I am now a BMW customer and happy owner of a 3 series.
