"Highly recommended" I had been to lots of dealerships looking for an honest car deal, when I finally came across this one who actually gave me what I was looking for, an honest deal. My salesman, Mark, and the finance guy I also worked with, Mike, gave me just that. They explained everything to me and gave me real answers, they did not try to sell me anything more than what I had said I wanted. I drove away feeling good about the whole experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

"Excellent Customer Service" My experience with BMW of Freehold was very good, I initially worked with Nick Schaible & worked out the details if the vehicle I wanted through phone. Then at showroom I took the test drive and was assigned a junior sales advisor who did not know much about the car I was buying. Hence I have taken out one star for that purpose for dealership. "Great service and selection " Our current 3 series lease was coming up and since we got it at BMW of Freehold we stopped in to look at SUVs this time. My previous sales rep had moved on so we worked with Nick Marchesani. Nick was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I appreciated his no pressure and straightforward style and willingness to take all offers into management . We test drove an X5, ended up doing a very fair deal and drove out that evening. A very good experience overall.

"excellent custom service" I had sent a bunch of inquiries online about the car I'm interested in. Maryjo/Maria was able to offer me an attractive price that I didn't even need to bargain for. I went straight to buy the car and drive it away the next day with the excellent assistance of Stephen.
