I've been a BMW owner for a few years. I've used Paul Millers service team prior. I was apprehensive about using Newton because their Sales team was very disappointing the few times I shopped there and I was thinking their service team was also inferior. BUT - happily - they met my expectations. Listened to me when I came in, told me the car would take about an hour, and about an hour later - it was done.
