Needed new engine within a month of purchasing my X3 due to a KNOWN BMW issue with timing chain busting at 70k miles. Told me i’m SOL, could have cared less. Didn’t bother to even help discuss the issue with BMW. Not to mention, brakes and tires were shot when purchasing. Don’t recommend at all.
Came in today to shop and not one employee said anything to us. The front desk lady looked at us and didn’t greet us or say anything. Not one salesperson assisted us as we walked the showroom and looked at the cars. The only other couple there were also ignored as they sat in the different models. We shopped several brands today and by far BMW was the most disappointing experience.
