I bought a BMW car from this dealership last year(2017) and I had it shipped to my home in OHIO. I asked the car salesman to make sure it was detailed and remove all stickers and fix the rim that was damaged. Nothing was taken care of this car when the car arrived at my home. POOR customer service.😲
Sold car an hour after running my credit through the mud and getting me approved. Unable to get another deal made. First car should have never been sold once I was approved.
They should revise the deal knocking off around 1500 to make it work.
Place stinks. Typical Dealership. Regardless of circumstances they still could do the deal and just aren't doing enough. If your looking for a solid deal this isn't the place But I should have known there Newton and do no volume compared to Morristown. So I will go to Morristown. They also made it seem like they were repairing the brakes for me, duh the car should have been repaired, your supposed to be a reputable dealership and you put broke down cars on the lot. Typical Dealership , don't go here looking for a a good deal, not even a fair. Matter of fact if you want to get ripped off go here. Math not matching up. Nope. I have done business with Open Road BMW Roxbury I will stick with them.
