Subject dealer had a 2006 Chevrolet Corvette for sale that I saw on line at Cars.com. E-mailed the dealer and received a call the following day. Visted the dealership and was greeted by Mr. Frank Acosta, who went above and beyond to make my visit an enjoyable one. I've owned BMWs for many years and knew there would be a time to replace my aging vehicle. I have looked for some time, talked with many of the sales staff, asked many questions, and taken many of their vehicles for test drives. I finally purchased a new BMW, much to the relief of the sales staff. All of the sales staff have been patient, helpful, and respectful. Special remarks for those who helped make the final decision and sale possible, notably, Frank, Ed, and Brad in new car sales, and Bob in finance.
Great staff,friendly and they communicate well with each other. Staff went through great length to make me happy, with out hesitation or made feel uncomfortable. Always with a smile... Highly recommend this place. And yes I will return in the future:)

I had looked at other cars at other dealerships and left one because I believe the sales agent had just come back from a three martini lunch!! I next went to BMW of Visalia where Frank showed me a new BMW 535i. He was very pleasant and very patient showing me all the features of the car.
