After our car was totaled two moths ago, we began shopping for a replacement vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. It was one of the best car buying experiences. We drove from Redding, CA a 6 hour drive they had everything ready for us when we arrived. They had us back on the road in no time at all with our new car. Kevin worked on his day off to get everything approved and ready for us. We will definitely go back!!
I have been going to get my car serviced and buy parts for my previous 3 series for a good time now and have always had a positive experience. I previously purchased a 5 Series BMW in October 2012 from the Visalia BMW. This led me to go back and purchase another BMW for my mother. I didn't hesitate to re contact my previous salesman Ed Fuentes. Ed treats me and my family with respect and goes out of his way to please the customer. Service was great. They treated me real good. Got me exactly the price I wanted to be in. Went beyond my expectations. And Bob the finance guy was awesome.
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Really liked that the sales rep was not persistent - because of that we decided to return, once we ready to buy our BMW 3 series. They worked with our budget and we're very helpful with the financing. This is the third vehicle that we have purchased through a dealership and I would say that this has been the best experience. Everything was throughly explained and we left very happy.
