For me, car buying is very unpleasant. However, this experience turned out to be a very pleasurable one. The people at the dealership worked to accommodate my needs and I look forward to a continued relationship with them. Everyone was excellent!
Had an amazing experience at the BMW dealership of Visalia. Eddie Esparza was a great sales associate, everything was amazing from the red bow on my car walking up to see it, to driving my car off the lot!
I thought that the sales person was an effective communicator and very easy to deal with. He knew the different cars very well and could comprehensively explain how all the various options worked.

Bought my third BMW from BMW of Visalia on the 15th. Shayne showed me the perfect X5 and I fell in love with it. He Is very knowledgeable of BMWs and this was evident as he could answer all my questions.
