Excellent Customer Service Mark Graffagna provided excellent customer service and assited me in purchasing my first ever BMW! He was aware that I lived out of state and needed to be back to work by 2pm, same day. He changed his schedule and showed up 4hrs earlier to make sure I was taken care of.
