2013 Jetta VW station wagon Purchased this vehicle from Fairfield Auto Group in January of 2013, and the salesman along with the service crew since then have been excellent in their knowledge of the vehicle, etc. I recently had a cosmetic issue that even though it was after the warranty, the Service Department listened to what I had to say and amicably worked with me to resolve this issue. I highly recommend this dealership, and I love driving my Jetta VW station wagon.
Best Dealer in North Central PA I have been buying cars from Fairfield for over 20 years. I bought my first brand new car in 1994, it was a F-150 XLT Lariat. service Just in for emission recall, and they mess with my settings. This happened once before. You should at least tell us when you do this. Its hard enough remembering how to set them and going down the road thinking you have lane assist and don't. This could turn into a big problem.
1000 mi check-up 1000 mi service, department was ready when I got there, wait was minimal while they checked over the vehicle, and they even washed my car!
