My VW Tiguan Sel We had our tires rotated and didn't ask for it. I feel it wasn't needed and now runs bumpy. Oil change good. Noise I hear you must not have detected?
Heather Robb Everyone was very kind, from Chris to Eric who explained very well my extended warranty and that I would be receiving a refund from Blaise Alexander for my current extended warranty I was not aware about :-) I wish the car would have been detailed ( a bit dirty) but I do love it!
In for service Brought our 2014 Explorer in for inspection (which was free ) and service, I didn't think I was there any longer then where I usually take it for service and when it was done I was told there was no charge for the service because of how long it took to get it done, I was a mechanic for over 40 years and understand things happen when working on vehicles and it takes longer then expected but I never expected not having to pay for the service, a pleasant surprise, Thank You
Oil change, tire rotation, brakes I appreciated the phone call informing me of the need for new brakes and the estimated cost. Also the call telling me that the vehicle was ready for pickup.
Service The service was great. The 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change/tire rotation at 8:00 AM made this an overall fair experience. Time is money and this took too much of my time.
Great service...terrible car wash! Service great; new center amazing, which is why I was super disappointed to see 2 scratches (if that is the correct term?) on the back of my car. I don't know if they were from the car wash or the actual service, but they are down to the metal. Now I don't know how to prove they weren't there before I took my car in on Saturday, which is I'm sure what will be expected of me. I just know it is very obvious they are there now. Unacceptable Service.... still don't have my car 5x in 4 weeks my car has been in and out of the service dept. Didn't have vehicle over Christmas and New Years. Just got loaner vehicle last week. I could make this lengthy but what's the point. If ya want all the details feel free to contact me because it's entirely too lengthy to write then all down. What's funny is, I bought the car from them.

The service manage rwas not helpful at all with my issue The service manager was not familiar with my issue at all. (death wobble on a 2017 diesel Superduty bought new at this dealership) and suggested that his associate was more familiar with my issue and would have him call me. His associate never returned my call and when I called back again a few weeks later, once again his so called "Ford truck expert" was unavailable and once again I was assured by the service manager that his associate would call me back. The service department here is sub par. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. I took my vehicle in to have the adaptive cruise control serviced under warranty and was told that the headlight was missing a bolt so therefore the adaptive cruise could not and would not be covered under warranty.
