Less than Satisfied I first called the service center because I received a letter from Ford that there was a recall on my Ford Escape. He told me they would order the parts and call me when they came in to schedule a time to do the repairs. That was March 13. Poor service Took my vehicle in last year for a loud noise, ended up spending almost $2000 for something that wasn't even the problem!! Never again. I'll go elsewhere and make sure no one I know goes to Fairfield Ford! 👎
bought New / Used truck Pleasant experience was in need of a vehicle ASAP they found me one in my budget!! Was in and out quick no hours of waiting for paperwork . Bought a 2011 Toyota Tacoma vehicle happy so far only been a couple days with it . I will say I was hesitant to purchase from this company because the manager RICK QUIGLEY is a self absorbed SOB but that???s my personal opinion and I didn???t let it curve my opinion of the dealership or the other staff !
Very professional an down to earth Well to start nick didn???t pressure me into anything an was very knowledgeable with the vehicle I purchased. I fee like I left with the right vehicle an a friend. Not just someone who wanted to sell a car. Can???t wait to buy another vehicle from him. Very happy with my visit
Terrible; Avoid at all costs I've tried buying a car from Fairfield VW on three separate occasions. Each time, the sales people were rude with a belligerent GSM. They refused to budge from absurdly high prices and low-balled my trade-ins. Every time, I went to another nearby dealer (one in Danville and one in Harrisburg) and closed deals in a single day with a pleasant and fair transaction, saving THOUSANDS of dollars in the process. Horrendous Service Department I had an older MK4 Jetta that which I thought had transmission problems. I took it to Fairfield VW since they are the only dealer in this nearby area. I dropped the car and asked them to check the transmission, when I called back later they said the transmission had some internal problems and needed replaced. I decided to have it done. They replaced it with a used transmission with 70,000 miles on it. When I picked it up and paid the $3k bill, the car had the exact same problems. They said I cou... read more
