"Wonderful experience at Daniels!" Buying a car is not my favorite thing to do, but everyone at Daniels' make it a pleasant experience! Everyone that I met during the process from the receptionist to the credit manager made my experience a very pleasant and easy one!
"Purchase of X3" I was welcomed to the dealership upon entrance. And the purchasing experience, test drive, and signing of docs was made so easy and painless. I dealt with Ashley Alderfer and she has earned a repeat customer from me. She was extremely professional and made the process as simplistic as I have ever experienced!
"Great sales team and no pressure" They were very easy to deal with from start to finish and no pressure sales experience. David was a great salesperson and very transparent in the process. Would consider again for another car.
"It Pays to Compare Dealerships" Jane answered the phone the first time I called the dealership. Knew from the start this is who I wanted to talk to. She was pleasant and personable. She understood my particular situation and worked to get me a very fair price on the new car I wanted. I knew this because I had shopped other BMW dealers and no one even came close to what Daniels did for me. Plus, they didn't make me spend hours negotiating and playing games. This is a first class operation with an outstanding salesperson!

She was very concerned about making sure that I was completely happy with the entire experience. In addition, she and Brian Amill (finance manager) went out of their way to stay well past the normal closing time to get the deal done. Highly recommended!

"Excellent customer service " Jane is an excellent ambassador for Daniels and an extremely knowledgeable sales person. She goes above and beyond to make the purchase of a car a pleasant and rewarding experience. Prior experience with this dealership was not very positive however we returned to Daniels after hearing good things about the current staff. Definitely would recommend that you make a visit to Daniels when you’re ready to buy or lease your next car! Very worthwhile investment of your time. You won’t regret it!!!
"This is the BEST dealership I have ever met." They are so professional and nice. 1. I did twice test drive in this dealer and they only tried their best to show me the car without saying any word related to buying the car. 2. They answered my phone call quickly and respected me. 3. The price was great. I made a great deal. I highly recommend Eric Kunkle. He knows the car very well and I felt being respected while communicating with him. Overall, they are very nice and professional.
