"Best Vehicle Purchase Experience Ever" Honestly, I was about excited about shopping for a new SUV as going for a root canal. The haggling, wasted hours and stress normally associated with the experience the reason why. Then I met Ashley! Not only was she knowledgeable and no-pressure helpful, but she made me feel like it was important to her to match my wants and needs with the dealer's offerings for the best value for me. "Helped me through a no so great situation!" I had recently purchased a 2011 525 X Drive BMW for David Elias and Daniels on 9/6/18 and was very happy with that initial experience. Unfortunately, on 10/5/18 I was in an accident and that car was deemed totaled by my insurance company. "Friendly and accomodating" I had been looking for a particular BMW CPO model but wasn't finding one. However, a 7-series caught my eye, so I called the dealership. I was put through to Ashley Alderfer who met with us later in the day.
