"First class operation." Daniels BMW is a first class operation from the greetings received when coming into the place to the sales personnel and vehicle delivery. Eric Kunkle was very good to work with from the sales perspective to his patient overview of the X3 at delivery.
"Personable & Accommodating. Pleasurable buying experience!" Jane was indulgent in assisting us in selecting the perfect bmw model to meet our needs! She was attentive and kept us informed throughout the shipping process. The dealership is a friendly, low pressure atmosphere with great comradery between staff making it a pleasurable, fun, buying experience! "A fantastic purchasing experience @ Daniels..." My Mercedes C300 was recently totaled in a rear end accident and I found a pre-owned Mercedes Benz C300 @ Daniels that was traded in at a reasonable price. Called, set-up an appointment and was assigned to salesman David Elias. David was pleasant, not a pressure salesman which I really appreciated - his knowledge of sales and how to interact with a customer was apparent. "Knowledgable" Dmitry was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! He is very responsive and accommodating and did everything within his job. David Elias was our salesman and was great, It has been a long time to come to a dealership and not be pressured.
"Another good experience at Daniels " I have purchased several vehicles from Daniels BMW however my last visit was by far the most pleasurable. Joe and Clint Could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We put together a fairly complicated deal that involved two traded vehicles. All the details of the trades and new Vehicle purchas were handled quickly, professionally and the deal came off without a hitch.
