I was very satisfied with my experience at Daniels BMW, particularly working with client adviser Greg Clarke. He was very polite, patient, informative, knowledgable, fair, not pushy (which I particularly appreciated), professional, and made the SUV purchase a pleasant experience for me. I am very happy with my X5 SUV and look forward to working with them in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend Greg and his team at Daniels BMW.

Jane was very personable . Second purchase of a pre-paned certified BMW. Few minor paint chips on the hood missed with detailing but to be fixed at a later date. Expected with a used car.

I leased a BMW through Daniels BMW back in November. The customer service was fantastic. Carrie Fortune was our sales contact. This past weekend while driving through the Poconos my run-flat tire sprung a leak. Non of the tire dealers in the nearby Pocono area had my brand of tire and it would be 3-4 days before a replacement could be ordered. I reached out to Carrie who was able to check Daniels inventory. I am very pleased with my experience at Daniels and the very professional and pleasant dealings with Jane Billig. I was initially on the fence on whether I wanted a BMW and was looking at similar makes and models of vehicles. In the end, I got a super car and the pleasant approach and patience of Jane certainty helped tilt things towards the BMW at Daniels BMW.

Until I bought my first BMW here at Daniels, I hated the whole experience. Usually stressful, hard sell tactics; the whole process is just not fun. Just got my second X3 worked with Jane Billig and had a great experience. Jane is professional, listens to you, and guides you through the process. Spent time with me on delivery, and I fell I got a good deal and the right car for me. Could not be more pleased. Next its time for my wife's car to be replaced and we will do our best to work with Jane. Thanks Jane

I was offered the BMW Pull Ahead program on my 2011 328xi 33-month lease (gets you out of your current lease up to 6 months ahead of schedule) and had been shopping around for an X1. Daniels BMW offered one of the better price quotes so we (my husband and I) ended up there on a Saturday afternoon.
