"New X3 M40" Pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of staff. Has improved significantly over the last 5 years. Ross took the time necessary to help me find the vehicle I wanted. He was brave enough to take the test drive with me. LOL

She makes it happen! Always responsive and when needing to speak with her manager (Andy) they made sure to get back to me in a short period of time. "Daniels BMW-What a phenomenal group of people!!" My car was in a flood on July 11th, 2019. I was stuck in the middle of a busy road and my car went dead. I called a customer support person-Dominic Hernandez-he explained what I needed to do! He was very kind! Our insurance (that we have had for many yrs and we have an excellent record-minimal claims)- refused to put a new engine in-and the fiasco began.
