RecommendedI usually take my BMW to my dealer in MA. But there was a problem with the car and they got me an appointment soon. I would have liked during the pandemic to have steering wheel ,seats etc disinfected and covered with plastic which was done by another car concern.

RecommendedThe customer service is excellent. I just bought a set of tires, balanced,mounted and a four wheel alignment done. I skipped a car wash. When I got home the tires and rims were filthy. Two tires had no valve caps. After such excellent customer service at check in I was disappointed when I got home. I guess the devil is in the details. My bad I guess. I should have looked before I left your service center but I was pressed for time. Thank you for asking my opinion. Ken Rice
