"Great service" I am happy that I had the opportunity to meet with Andrew Jean today. I had a scheduled service appointment that had me a little concerned. However, Andrew was able to detect the problem immediately and explain to me thoroughly how to resolve it. He was very professional, personable and just a pleasant individual. "Lucia Santiago never fails!!!" Lucia Santiago has been my go to for several years now. Just walked out with my 5th leased BMW -- she's efficient and always on point. In fact, she's so great that every 3 years when I'm ready, I make a call to her, tell her exactly what I want -- AND IT'S DONE!!! The rest of the staff -- also exceptional!!!
