I've always dreaded dealing w. sales people for anything I bought, but Alex changed my mind the moment we met. I appreciated the complete transparency in Alex's approach, it was as if I was shopping with a friend who had nothing to gain except providing me with honest information about the product and leaving me to decide weather the pros and cons worked for me.

I went into bmw with no clue what I wanted or what I was doing! Thank god for Alex ! He was AMAZING. Very paceint and accommodating to all of my needs - plus he had the best personality which made my experience so much better . I left with my new x3 !!! Can’t say enough good things about Alex and Mike at BMW. They went out of their way to make our car buying experience amazing and easy. We absolutely our new BMW X3. Alex gave an amazing tutorial and he was great in explaining how to use all the different features that are unique in this car which I’ve never used before.
