Keith took his time and made our purchase a very enjoyable one. We came in months before our lease was up and Keith stood in contact with us for over 2 months to make sure we were making the best decision for our family. His dedication convinced us to do business with him and Freeport BMW. I have a second lease coming up at the end of this year and will be returning to Keith for a second vehicle.

My experience with Jacqueline was amazing. This great experience started upon checking with the receptionist to browsing cars. All of the managers here are warm & friendly which made me feel great leasing my 1st BMW. Jacqueline made me feel so special & it doesn’t stop at point of sale . Jacqueline Chait is the best - I was reluctant to return to the dealership after leaving Hassel years ago but she assured me things were different and she was right! I was so impressed that my husband returned months later to get another car from Jacqueline. A manager named Jon and a salesman named Steve were very friendly, helpful and understanding in trying to get me out of my Nissan lease and into a Mini. Despite my hairy situation, they put effort into making me happy. We couldn’t make anything happen the last time I visited them but I’ll definitely be returning to them to hopefully come to a deal.
