I stopped by to shop around in Oct. last year but I unexpectedly went home with a brand new 330i five hours later. The salesman whom the receptionist assigned to me was Carlo Ongsingco. Carlo is very courteous, patient, fair and conscientious. The negotiation was easy and flawless. None of those intimiditation tricks that I did not need my boyfriend to rescue me. Lucia has been very helpful over the years. This is the second BMW that I am leasing from BMW of freeport and Lucy has got me a great deal on the lease for my sisters 328i and got me all the options I wanted on my BMW 540i. I would deffentily recommend going to this dealership they work with the customer and make sure they are happy when they leave.

Alex was very helpful and worked out everything to make the transaction smooth and painless. I appreciate the way he handled all of the items that usually make returning a car and getting into a new one so difficult. He worked hard to make the deals and is a man of his word.
