Carlos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his vehicles. We purchased the X3 from him and he truly is the best. He gave us a test drive of the vehicle and truly explained all features of the vehicle. He was very pleasant and wanted to please us with whatever we were going to purchase.
I really recommend this Dealership. The Sales Rep that took care of me is Richard Dixon. I am very happy with Richards work in showing and explaining the in's & out's of the car. He is knowledgeable, knows his business and make me feel at ease. No pressure. I had been interested in a Mini Countryman for a while. However, it was Dennis Miniero who truly sold me on the car. He was easy to talk with, attentive, patient. I had done my research on-line so I knew what I wanted going in, but had a good number of questions anway. Marcus was extremely helpful and answered every question, he even demonstrated the features I was questioning on a car that they had in stock but was not the test (drive) vehicle. I spent some time looking for a car and MINI was not my first option. I was interested in the car but was not really going to buy it. The experience in this dealership during my first visit changed my mind in less than half an hour. Great attitude, service, price... Whatever could be great, was that way!
