"Over charge" Battery 245 to install 300. Clamp 7.66 labor 303.50. Without consulting Changed on my CC I drove car to showroom how battery got bad. It’s a ripoff place specially Mr Robert Pappagallo. Be careful before you give your CC.

"ROBERT YOU DA MAN KEVIN YOU TOO BUT ROBERT A1" I was about to just toss my car over the river and get a new one but as the day I blew my engine and walk into this shop dealing with Robert was a great experience and I would go back to this BMW without a hesitation in my mind. "The WORST Service for the Ultimate Driving Machine!" Actually surprised that I even have to write a review like this but I think it's important that it's known how this service department treats their customers. I have a 2017 430xi and when I first came for the first service I had such a great experience and was very satistfied with how the service was handled. "Worst service person" Had a service appointment scheduled for a recall part. Got there and was told to go straight to the service adviser Tracey Geraci. There was no order there, so I just waited in front of her and she snapped at me and told me there was a line. Ok fine, so I sat down and waited. Please stay away from her if u don't want to ruin your BMW service experience. She's very unprofessional and sarcastic if u ask her question. I am so turned off now with this service dept.

Bought a 1 series , the car is nice , but was never told the amount of my trade , ended up with a loan shark loan interest rate and totally upside down on the car . Bad experience . Would go somewhere else

I had a very bad experience at BMW of Freeport. Do Not let their overly welcoming behavior deceive you. I arrived at 11:am the day of purchase and left after 5pm that afternoon. Noticed later that night the car was delivered without the floor mats. They baited me and sold me a 2016 528I almost $10,000 over the advertised sticker price. After traveling back and fourth 8 times to confront them and to find a resolve for the issue I was approached with more deceptive BS.
