Very effective and proactive I had such a good buying experience after having no success with Peter Pan Bmw, who continued yo promise and unable to deliver. Eric Peng was able to identify the car I wanted, had it delivered within a few days and finished the deal very effectively.

Service is excellent this time I bought BMW 328i 2014 from BMW mountain view, at that "Armen" is sales person who make me sign the deal. He is very friendly and nice person. He mostly thinks with respect to customer perceptive and gave valuable suggestions to me. Next I have to say about service adviser "Brian" , he is very patient, customer friendly and good listener. Great customer service and support Wanted to get a 4series Gran Coupe. Laura B. worked with me tirelessly to get the right configuration and color. Finally tracked a car that was coming in to another dealer. She then traded with the other dealership to have the car delivered, managed through a bunch of hiccups during car delivery, and had the car ready as soon as possible. The whole process took about two weeks where she was in constant contact via email and phone.
Looking for a car Thanksgiving weekend. Looking for a new car. Pretty straightforward. However, More interested in another customer's purchase. Have had better experiences in previous purchases.
