Great service! Very helpful staff, especially our advisor Eric. He is very patient and guides us throughout the process. We expected a lengthy process but ended up only spending two hours there.

Great, Timely, Efficient, Painless, Effortless Got a new X5 to replace an end-of-lease X5, which we also got from Joe Wahler at BMW of Mountain View, 3 years ago. As before, Joe is simply a pleasure to work with. The process was timely, efficient, and effortless (on our part). No drawn-out process of insurance and feature up-sell, etc. No annoying "let me check with my manager" tactics. A few email, one quick look and 1/2 hour later, we were done. Getting a car couldn't possibly be less painless.

Good experience Dealing with Eric Peng was great. His first offer on a brand new model (340) was competitive and the further negotiation was not stressful. At the end I got a great deal - based on comparison with others on the BMW forums. He does not have the used car salesman attitude I see so often at dealerships. It is nice to deal with him. I will buy from Eric again.
Great Service! I bought BMW X5 from BMW Mountain view. The salesman was Michael Borbet and he was great. He assisted me with all the procedure and it was quick and simple. I found my choice of color combination and features.

Excellent service - Hamid is great! Purchased a used Toyota Prius. The salesman, Hamid Tabrizi, was excellent, very professional and personable, gave us a great deal and they took care of the repairs very professionally. There was a chip in the windshield, rather than repairing the chip they replaced the windshield, and since it was the holidays they send the windshield guy to my home, that was a nice touch. President Efficient & Fulfilling! Patrick Ross was very thorough in his review of car features and operations. Once he arrived on the scene, the test drive and purchasing experience was trouble-free and speedy. The Finance department was also very thorough and efficient, and I was able to drive my car home even though the internal computer network was down.
