Great Service At every turn, my salesperson (Alec) went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. I love the car; felt like I got a very fair deal and all in all I enjoyed the experience of buying my 335is at BMW Mountain View.
Fast and Efficient Service I was looking for a CPO BMW and after talking to a few dealerships, I finally found the car that I wanted at BMW Mountain View. Their staff (our salesperson is Laura) is helpful and efficient, I was in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. Subsequent follow up visits are handled in a fast and efficient way (the car was missing the spare key and they placed an order promptly). The wheel lock key was also missing and it was replaced by the Parts department with very little wait time.
