I have visited the BMW El Paso Service Dept. several times and this recent was NY far the best. My service advisor, Heidi, was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. She informed me of services I required including 2 recalls. The new service dept is spacious, fully loaded with drinks and snacks and everyone was friendly. Thanks Heidi for your excellent customer service!
I have had to drop my car off twice here, once for two weeks. Both times I have been given a loaner car for my convenience. Alejandra Hatorilaa was extremely friendly and helpful. I was kept informed via text and notified promptly when ready. Alex’s customer service skills are a quality you’d expect at BMW, well done. The new show room isn’t as crowded and the snack area is large. Plenty of seating to eat, drink or charge your phone.
