I have always received extremely helpful and courteous treatment from staff and competent work from the mechanics. Sam at the service desk was very friendly, and kept us completely informed over two in a half days while our BMW was in service. He always had a smile when talking to me and our conversations were always completely enjoyable. He was terrific and everything was fixed and our experience like I said was completely enjoyable! We can get all the facelifts that we want.... but if you don’t have the right manager ...we’ll im just saying.! I’ve gone thru 3 managers...believe me when I say this . But now we have Mr. Russell, amazing .!!!! Not only all about customer service but hands on .... parking cars properly in the service bay....and saying good morning to all....Wowwwww. I took my vehicle for scheduled maintenance this morning, so I got to see the newly constructed building. It looks GREAT! And like always, the customer service is superb. They even had breakfast for us today; chicken and waffles. Can’t beat that. Thank you BMW of El Paso!
