Thanks to Armando and Omar for all their efforts to get me in my car. Overall the service was good. They are friendly and knowledgeable - Omar knew every detail about the car I was interested in and made every effort to get me involved in the selection process. I have been to five other BMW dealerships across the country over the years to service my BMW. This past Saturday was a good reason why I will continue to come back. Karina Herrera greeted me and provided excellent service. Though I was waiting for an alignment, BMW had food served so it made the time go by quickly. I was able to have breakfast and lunch during my visit. I think this is a positive step in the right direction and should be continued.
