Thanks to Armando and Omar for all their efforts to get me in my car. Overall the service was good. They are friendly and knowledgeable - Omar knew every detail about the car I was interested in and made every effort to get me involved in the selection process. I’ll definitely be going back to get my next car from BMW El Paso.
I have been to five other BMW dealerships across the country over the years to service my BMW. This past Saturday was a good reason why I will continue to come back. Karina Herrera greeted me and provided excellent service. Though I was waiting for an alignment, BMW had food served so it made the time go by quickly. I was able to have breakfast and lunch during my visit. I think this is a positive step in the right direction and should be continued.

I would like to take a moment to highlight the excellent performance of the best car salesman in El Paso. I have been to 7 dealerships in the last two weeks in search of a vehicle. Omar was by far, the best of any of the sales staff we experienced, all over El Paso (East to West). He was the perfect combination of professional, friendly, observant, patient and engaging.
