My experience at BMW was Really great. Everyone very friendly and courteous. Avery,Greg, and the two young men who showed me about the music, navigation, etc. we're the best.

South Shore was great The service assistant spent an amazing amount of effort to provide a great outcome. It took a while to get the service required but all was good at the end.

Great Service My Autolock wasn't functioning properly. I've been to many BMW showrooms for service before this. But no showroom didn't fix that issue. The agent communicated well regarding the reasons for overnight stay of vehicle at showroom.

Fantastic No Pressure Buying Experience! Greg from start to finish was professional, cordial, and provided zero pressure - everything that makes me want to work with a salesperson/dealership. Repeat car purchase, just for the Service Always get tremendous service from this dealership. I just leased a new BMW, JUST because I wanted to continue coming here for service...seriously. I appreciated the loaner car this past visit.

Sales Staff was great Everyone was fantastic, very helpful and personable. They made the sale effortless and fun. Their BMW Genius explained all the features of the car in a very understandable way and offered to do it again after I drove the car for a while.
