Susan Great service, very efficient and very polite. Service rep knew answers to all my questions. Took his time explaining details of my service and willing to go the extra mile.
Everything was professionally done. Made easy to make an appointment. Had a beautiful rental. They said job would take 5hrs and it was close to it. Would return to have further service

Great experience Worked with Dave, was very accommodating about our process and let us make our own decision rather than pushing for an outcome. he was also able to allow us to drive off the lot with the car that day which we hadn't planned for but was certainly made the process easier.
Service and Smiles Professional as always, polite and helpful staff. From scheduling an appointment, picking up a loaner to completion, the process could not have been better. My car was clean, all systems updated and ready when promised! Great job- thank you!
Awesome Jonathan Norkuis did a great job. Extremely polite and helpful. He knows his cars and takes as much time as the customer needs to answer questions. He checked the whole inventory until he found the exact car with the options i had asked for. Jason at Financing was also great, but that is the part customers prefer to forget.
Fun Car South Shore Bmw and Jonathan Norkus were a pleasure to deal with. Not at any time in the buying process did we feel pressured into a decision. South Shore Bmw was willing to negotiate a fair price as well up front !
