South Shore BMW by far the best. From the moment I entered the service department, it was 100% focus on my needs. Dave updated me throughout the day multiple times any service/changes regarding my car. All work performed was done in a timely fashion. I've had bad experiences in other dealerships,but I will say South Shore BMW is by far the best. Each person I encountered was professional, helpful, and very easy to work with.They have a great team. Great Service.. I will only return to their location.
