Ashely Rook took me in, and helped me get the deal I wanted. She showed concern, and did everything she said she would do. The Service dept also showed me they will to do a good job when needed.
Purchase a used X1, Roger was awesome,the financing was easy. Had VA financing and Roger suggest trying BMW financing and see I could get the same terms that Navy Federal credit Union was offering and they did. I was able to drive off the same day.
This is the 3rd vehicle that I've purchased or leased from Roadshow BMW. Each time it was a good experience. The last two times was with Tom Adair. Tom did a great job at understanding my needs and structured the deal to make the purchase much easier than other dealerships.
