Tom Adair is a great person. My wife and I went to BMW Roadshow to test drive a few cars and Tom instructed my wife to really test this car on acceleration and turns. It was a great experience as Tom demonstrated all the great features. A few days later, the buying experience was smooth with no pressure. Great group of guys in the sales department. Very pleased with my purchase.

My husband and I are on a road trip from NY and suddenly our air conditioning stopped working on our 328i when we hit Memphis. I Googled the nearest dealer and found Roadshow. We showed up at 3:00 today (on a Saturday) and asked if there was anyway we could be squeezed in for an appointment. Someone immediately came out to assess the problem and determined it was a thermostat that could be fixed today. Within 2 hours we are back on the road with AC and a washed and vacuumed car!
The professional atmosphere and courteous, attentive staff made car shopping a more pleasant experience! Our sales associate, Clayton Lemmons, really went above and beyond to make sure we were thoroughly happy with the quality and performance of the used vehicle we purchased. I will not hesitate to contact him again the next time we are in the market for a new or a used car.
Just purchased a 328 BMW for our son. Had told Tom Adair we were looking for a good used car and when he got one in on a trade he gave us a call. We have bought all our cars from Tom and would highly recommend him! Always a pleasure to work with.
We recently purchased a 428i convertible. Clayton was our guy and was really great. Very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. Dove a couple cars and then Clayton took us through the on line process and all the packages and options available. Not pushy and it was a pleasant experience. Haven't said that before when buying a car. He worked with his managers to get us what we felt was a good price for our trade. Car came in and was beautiful. Very happy. Need a good sales rep?
