I recently purchased a BMW X5 from Tulley. The BMW client advisor I dealt with is Bill Cavanaugh. I enjoyed dealing with Bill. He was very patient, he listened to me to understand which type of car I was searching for, interacted well between me and the sales managers and was able to work out a good trade-in value for my old car. This was my first car buying experience at Tulley. Overall it was certainly a very positive experience. Dominique Jean-Simon.

The purchasing experience was pleasant and without pressure. At no time did I feel rushed. Bill reviewed the high level options and configurations prior to the test drive so as to put me behind the wheel of a car as similar to what I was looking for as possible. Post test drive we reviewed options and work then began to find the car that fit those options. I Love Tulley in Nashua its my favorite dealership! In all of my experiences there and it has been a few in the past year all of the employees are very polite and helpful. Ed Poole though really has the funniest, polite, and informative personality needed when I have been in looking for the best fit of BMW for me. The finance office has also worked very well with me in making the payments and purchase comfortable so when I drive away I feel good about the investment I made for myself. Our experience with Tulley was fantastic. Even though this was our first car buying experience, we were treated very well and we did not experience the stereotypical car selling pressures. Victor Vyekelchik was so nice to us and helped us get the best deal on our CPO BMW; we have absolutely no buyers remorse! Big thank you to Victor and Tulley for such a great experience - we will definitely be back!

Tulley BMW and Ed Poole our salesman, did an excellent job helping us select and purchase the right car. Ed worked with us to test drive several cars, both new and certified used. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles including both small details and larger engine and safety issues. He explained every detail perfectly in a way that we understood and made us feel very confident about our purchase. I had a really good experience at Tulley. This was my first BMW, so a little nervous and perhaps clingy/needy in making sure everything went as planned. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, and patient with my husband and I. We did have a small instance where we were very interested in a specific vehicle, and it was sold beneath us as we were test driving it. Had a very good experience buying a new car. Victor was very knowledgeable and passionate about the brand and provided a stress free experience. I was given good options and great price to buy the car. The finance rates they found was better than I could find in the market. I would highly recommend Victor and Tulley BMW.
