I have serviced my current car at Tulley for a few years now, and was happy to work with Brett and Leo as we were looking for a new car. The process to purchase the car was simple, and I was pleased with the experience.
Joe and Mark were extremely professional and completely transparent on all aspects of purchase. Not the usual sales experience one would expect. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
From the first time I entered the showroom I felt welcomed and not pressured. Any member of the sales staff I encountered was friendly and accommodating which was surprising since I was working with Joe MacIntosh. I would recommend Tulley BMW to friends and family without hesitation. This is my first BMW and it won't be my last. My experience with Tulley BMW has been phenomenal. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and the service and professionalism from top to bottom has been second to none. In my most recent purchase, they handled a Trade-In Lease very fairly. They were willing to communicate on my terms (via email as I was working) and didn't miss a beat. Joe and Mike were very clear, thorough, and acted with integrity. Brett was very responsive and quick.
An incredible experience from the moment we arrived. The entire process went expeditiously from start to finish. Working with Ed (exceptional product knowledge) and Bill we were finished within 60 minutes. Financing was painless and very professional with no added pressure. We received excellent service when we were looking for a new car. We had looked at a used BMW at Tullet's in Manchester. The staff I interacted with were all very couteous and pleasant. Leo Debrum was our sales agent. He was polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. He spent a lot of time with us and was very patient and thorough in answering our questions and addressing our concerns.
