Dan Cote is an asset to the sales staff at Tulley. He was very knowledgeable about the X3 we purchased from him. When we picked the X3 up ,Dan went over the entire car from operation to features to service with excellent patience and clarity. Great work!!

Before I talk about my experience...a little background. I was in the market for a new car and finally settled on a 2014 X3. I am a very picky and detail oriented consumer. I read reviews, online forums, and comparison shopping. I visited 6 dealerships in both NH and MA and spent countless hours researching my purchase and options. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Ciano who helped me get back into an X3 and out of the 328 series that I was not comfortable in. He made the transition even in a mid lease so easy and I am so thankful for that. I sm a Nashua Tulley fan 100% and have been for ten years now .

I had a very wonderfull experience with Tulley BMW. From the moment I went in and asked questions and was just "gathering info" to when I picked up my vehicle just recently, it was a pleasure to work with them. They were very prompt with returning my emails/phone calls and had all my questions answered. I did not feel pressured at all when I walked in, and enjoyed being able to roam around the lot at my leisure, instead of being swooped in and confronted with the "in your face approach." From the moment that I walked into the dealership seeking information regarding the BMW 3 series I felt welcome. Joe greeted me with a friendly smile and asked what brought me to the dealership and wanted to know how he could be of help. The contact was initially via e-mail using the BMW's "Build Your Own" on-line. Len Bellacicco responded very quickly and offered a very good deal that I ultimately went with. He was friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to help me find a way to get the BMW Apps option after production has started (no change can be accepted then). Joe MacIntosh was excellent in advising me, regarding the order and purchase of a new BMW 135i. Joe kept me updated on a regular basis regarding the building, shipping, and dealer prep. He was also instrumental in making all the arrangements for the snow tire package and installation scheduling. I am very pleased with Tulley BMW overall, both the sales department (Joe MacIntosh specifically), as well as the maintenance department, and I would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in buying a BMW.
