I bought a pre-owned 01' 330ci. Matt and manager Derrick were great.! Very friendly dealership. No high pressure sales tactic. Great deal and easy financing. I also have my car serviced there. Xlnt service dept!! The guys there really take good care of my and my car.
I just bought my third BMW X5 from "MY" personal Sales Consultant Gloria Prosper, and the Tulley Dealership. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused sales rep I highly recommend Gloria Prosper. I've been dealing with the same non-BMW dealer for 15+ years and was not looking forward to starting over. Gloria made the experience pleasurable and built trust for a long-term business relationship.
Complete incompetence by the used car team. Absolutely horrible experience. Nothing personal. The entire used car sales team needs a shakeup from top to bottom.

I took my vehicle for an oil change. The mechanic that checked over my vehicle sent me the video of everything they checked. He mentioned that I had a bad tire due to alignment. When the service advisor came to tell me my vehicle was ready never mentioned anything that the tire was bad or I needed an alignment. It wasn't even mentioned on the paperwork. I don't know what type of communication they use but it stunk. Beware of communication.
They act like they are the only place with cars- tried to rip me off on my trade in. Also the whole back and forth to the manager is so dated and obvious crap! Our salesman was ok but then when it took forever to get our car because of a dealership error he was quite rude. He basically called me to tell me that he deserved a really good rating and that I should give him one even though it had been one cluster after another and he talked to me very condescendingly I was not impressed they act like they’re a family dealership ... read more
Unhelpful. Tulley does not do e-business. Only works with customers on site at dealership.
