I had excellent service with my salesman at Tulley BMW, he worked very hard on my behalf. I called him and told him what I was looking for and he was very promt to get back to me with all the options he had, and found me my perfect car. I will continue to do business with Tulley and would highly recommend Frank Chafe, for the sale of your next car!
The dealership is beautifull, great facility, very nice staff, very accomodating and my sales rep Mike Ciano was a pleasure to deal with. I would recomend Tully anytime. I did my deal from connecticut having identified the vehicle online and we were able to put a deal together.

The sales representatives from this dealership are very friendly and helpful. They also offer very competitive price in their region. Along the whole purchase process, all things are taken care of reasonably well. They value their customers, and made us always feel comfortable. Frank worked really hard to find the car that I wanted and to give us a price that was very attractive. Really happy with my overall experience. Found Frank to be straight-forward, easy to work with and felt like he was working with me. No hard sell, a really professional transaction.
I went into Tulley on the recommendation of a friend. Almost immediately, I met Steve Hammond, a salesman. He instantly made us feel at ease and comfortable. Tulley BMW was an excellent dealership to work with. The sales team there was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. It was amazing to me how simple and confortable buying a COP BMW could be. If I didn't know it myself, I would never have guessed that this was a COP vehicle. It could have come straight from the factory. I would, without hesitation, recommend purchashing a car from James Beal at Tulley BMW.
The team at Tulley BMW were great...especially this was the first time that my wife and I have purchased a BMW. I would especially highlight our experience with Leo Debrum and the Financing Manager (can't remember his name. My experience began with sales with Joe. Unlike other dealers, of more than BMW, I found Joe to be very informative without feeling pressured. Joe gave me useful feedback about choices, based apparently on an excellent personal experience and knowledge of the vehicles and options.
