Murray BMW Service Review It is always easy to schedule appointments with Murray -- My tire got a screw in it on a Friday and I had a 7:20 am appointment on Monday with a loaner car. The staff is phenomenal! I have brought my X3 in on numerous occasions without an appointment for low coolant, no washer fluid, a new license plate cover... etc. and they always are willing to help you. Murray is great!
Service as Promised Good service experience. Service Rep super nice and helpful. They went the extra mile and washed the car. New facilities being built and will be a better experience when waiting for a car vs the cramped building they are in now. Quoted me a much lower price for a repair that I need to get done vs their competitor in Highlands Ranch.
